We have our own fleet of buses that ply from various vantage points in the city. It is for the students and staff residing outside the college campus. A fleet of 6 buses ferry them to and fro.
Within a short span of two years, it was able to come out of the shadow of the more pronounced elder institution.
Admission to the college begins after the publication of the results of the Board of secondary education, Odisha and CHSE, Odisha.
Most students are active in the Science Club events and publish an English magazine to keep all the students up to date on campus happenings.
We encourage students to involve in extracurricular activities for their holistic personal developments. VASUDEV has recreational excellent facilities for sports including gymnasium.
The student canteen provides breakfast, lunch and dinner to the students staying in the hostels and day-scholars as per their requirement. It also serves chinese foods as well as oriya and Bengali cuisine. The cafeteria provides dry snacks, soft drinks, Tea and Coffee.
The prices, hygiene, quality and other services provided by the canteen managers in these canteens are constantly monitored by the canteen committee of the college.
The stationary shop in the campus is well equipped and caters for all requirement of the students.
Our college is equipped with the state of the art technology laboratories to meet the latest requirement of our students. We have, here, PHYSICS, CHEMISRTY, BIOLOGY, IT and ELECTRONICS labs in the premises of our college. All the labs are well ventilated, properly sanitized
VASUDEV +2 sc college has a well-equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of over 200 people. A regular venue for conferences, workshops and seminars, this auditorium has all the facilities to enhance the learning process.
Our 4000 seater Convention Hall, which is a venue for conferences and seminars, is a vast space that serves the varied requirements of quality education. While it is often utilized for cultural activities, sporting activities and other games also use to be organized here.
